Salon Cirae was born out of a desire to fulfill a need in central Arkansas where personal service and attention to the client are the salon’s top priorities. Since 2018, the salon has focused on the client and what is best for him/her and only licensed professionals who share the same vision are a part of the staff. Leah Harding, owner, says, “Our mission is to provide a memorable experience that is both affordable and unique. We love our clients, and we are best complimented when they refer new business to us.”
Leah Harding is the owner of Salon Cirae and though she was a competitive athlete in many sports as a teen growing up in the Midwest, she always knew she had a creative side. Her sister was the reason she chose cosmetology as a career, because it was sister Rachel, who first owned the salon under a different name. Leah has been honing her craft since 2012, and since then she has perfected the GK smoothing treatment along with wowing clients with her impressive hair extensions where she has been certified through Bellami. Everyone loves what she does with hair color and foiling! Leah’s goal is for you to feel confident and beautiful when you leave her salon. Leah and her husband, Payne, are parents to an active school-aged daughter who keeps them very busy.
Whitney White is a longtime spa enthusiast and has devoted the last 20 years of her life to the craft. From massage therapy to a soothing facial, Whitney is an expert on all things skincare too. A graduate of The Salon Professional Academy in 2016, Whitney finds joy in providing facials and serving others. Everything from ancient oils and aromatherapy are a part of her regimen, and people love the attention she gives them. A mom to an active son and wife to a busy husband, Whitney is ready to make your appointment at Salon Cirae.
John McGraw realized he had a gift when as a child he was rolling up his grandmother’s hair for her to do a perm. His career officially began though right before the ball dropped on the new year in 2000. He’s a central Arkansas native, and he and his wife Sandy have a blended family with four children. His favorite part of his career? He says, “Not doing the same thing every day.” He loves his clients as they are closer than his own family and some he has had since he began doing hair. He truly loves his “journey of doing beautiful hair.” Contact John directly for an appointment: 501-940-5648.

Alice Rhoden is no stranger to the world of cosmetology. She started beauty school when she was 17, and she’s been at it for more than 50 years (yes, you read that right). She says she’s never worked a day in her life because she employs the Mark Twain definition of work (“Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”) She has only worked at three different salons in her storied career and is enjoying her time at Salon Cirae as the stylists she says are gifted, and she learns from them and that coming to work is “a breath of fresh air every day.” She likes the challenge of working with a client as a blank canvas and drawing beauty out of everyone. She’s a mom to one and grandmother to three. Call the salon to connect with her.
Michaela Boles is a 2023 graduate of The Salon Professional Academy and is loving her career choice. She’s a North Little Rock native who loves art which led her to creative juices to begin taking care of people and their hair. She wants to grow as a cosmetologist by growing her skill set and making certain that every client in her chair is comfortable in his/her own skin. Call the salon to connect with her.
Lindsey Collins/Cobb picked up her first pair of scissors professionally in 2013, but they had been a fixture in her hands before that as she was always cutting and coloring her friends’ hair. She’s a Kansas City, Missouri, native who’s married with one daughter, two step-children and a nephew she raises in Little Rock. She loves building people’s confidence in themselves with her skills because who can have a bad day after a blow out? Call Lindsey directly to make an appointment: 501-830-7738.
Sandra Roy is a Kosciusko, Mississippi, native who brings her Southern wit and charm to the salon every day. And she’s been doing that since 1975. She loves doing roller sets and blow outs and is great with color. She says she “really enjoys getting to know my clients; they are like family!” Call the salon to make an appointment with Sandra.
